Overview: The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in managing relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth within an assigned portfolio of accounts. They act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, aiming to understand client needs, maintain communication, and foster long-term relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives, and acting as a trusted advisor.
2. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account expansion by upselling or cross-selling products or services that align with client needs.
3. Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of client requirements, challenges, and pain points to offer tailored solutions and services.
4. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
5. Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to align strategies and deliver value to clients.
6. Account Planning: Develop account plans outlining strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales metrics, and forecasts. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
8. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly.
9. Contract Renewals: Manage contract negotiations and renewals, striving to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:
