My client specialises in providing various enterprise application solutions across various crucial sectors. As an Account manager, you will sit within their business development team to manage a portfolio of client accounts that their solutions are sold into, predominantly health and social care clients.

Responsibilities:
- Protect and grow the client accounts commercially and holding key relationships between the business and their clients.
- Operating and communicating with day-to-day business leads, up to and including director level, as well as being onsite.
- Negotiating mutually beneficial business position and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout on a personal level.
- Gain a solid understanding of their technical solution, along with a strong appreciation of the value of internal team playing within different departments.
Requirements
- Possess a strong understanding of key account management expertise.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written, presentation and numerical ability.
- Be comfortable with technology, ideally having previous knowledge of enterprise software.
- Experience dealing with clients within the health and social care space, such as the NHS, the care quality commision, or local authorities,
- Educated to degree level, ideally at least a 2.1.
