This Company are a market leading energy consultancy and support services, offer a wide range of services to businesses looking to reduce their energy costs and the amount of wasted energy. They operate across the UK, US and Europe working with multi-site and commercial clients. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for an Client Relations Manager to manage client accounts.

In this role you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B client accounts, where you will monitor and identify any issues and implement measures to resolve, ensuring all clients demands are met. You will explore new ways to improve services and technical problems as well as building relationships with external stakeholders.

The Role:

• Managing B2B client accounts
• Building external stakeholder relationships
• Identify and resolve account issues and queries
• Produce utility reports for the client and
• Calculate utility recharges for tenants who share utility supply.
• 37-hour week

The Candidate:

• Experience managing accounts
• Experience building and maintaining client relations
• Customer services experience
• Experience using Excel
• Experience / knowledge of the utility sector
• Proactive and problem solver
