We are looking for an Account Manager to come and join our team to provide account management support within the sales and marketing function of the Academy’s service development team.
The role of the Account Manager is essential in delivering a responsive and knowledgeable service and customer service excellence. You will work closely with customers to understand needs, develop solutions and model pricing structures.
This role will play a key role in the further development of the Academy’s existing customer base and help to build new business across the NHS and integrated care networks.
Skills/Responsibilities:
- To provide account management support to maximise opportunities and deliver professional service to customers.
- To promote the Academy’s services with internal and external stakeholders and manage the processes to ensure service
- delivery excellence to customers and consistency with the NHSP brand.
- Growing business with existing accounts and previous service users
- Contributing to the revenue and gross margin targets of the Academy
- Customer satisfaction in the end-to-end processes
About The Candidate
To be successful in this post you will need to:
- Have experience working in a similar account management role
- Be proactive in business development
- Have a can do positive attitude
- Be able to write sales proposals
