Biotech/Pharmaceutical Account Manager
Contract Length: 9-12 months maternity cover
Working Pattern: Full Time, Mon-Fri
Pay: £16ph

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Account Manager to join our client's team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our client's customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and to their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyse customer order data to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to update clients on account status and performance.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Strong face to face customer service skills with a genuine passion for meeting customer needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in managing customer orders and analysing data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team.
