SalaryWe are currently seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to join a global enterprise. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified ACA/ACCA to move out of practice and into Industry.
This company has rapidly grown around the world and are seeking professional candidates to come along on their journey. As a Financial Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for accounting, reporting and review of the UK and overseas business units. You will act as reporting accountant to prepare regulatory financial and statutory reporting, manage the closure of the annual accounts process and liaise effectively with external and internal auditors regarding the year-end schedule and audit process.
The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA or ACCA with a background in audit.
Some of the Key Responsibilities…
- Act as reporting Accountant to prepare regulatory financial and statutory reporting
- You will manage the closure of the annual accounts process, leading on the production of the financial statements
- Responsible for the business adhering to accounting standards (IFRS and US GAAP)
- Responsible for the co-ordination of month end closing process for European entities
Who the client is looking for….
- Ideally you will be Qualified ACA/ACCA with at least 3 years in Finance
- Have a background in practice with audit experience
- Have a good understanding of technical accounting standards in the UK and ideally US
