Due to growth and a substantial increase in work demand we are seeking an experienced Account Manager for a dedicated team working with a key client that is without doubt a leading luxury automotive manufacturer and brand.
The focus of the role is be a brand champion! Being the expert for the client when taking role briefs and understanding what the client is seeking for their promotional and marketing needs in line with their corporate identity.
What you will be doing as an Account Manager:
- Deliver at all times a professional service being first point of contact for both the client and suppliers as Account Manager
- Take a consultative approach to projects, translate job briefs into accurate, technical creative/studio and print production briefs as per client specification
- Offer full administrative support in raising and tracking job briefs, quotations, purchase orders and invoices
- Proactively manage workload, time lines and budgets
- Manage the implementation of large client projects
- Liaise with the wider internal teams across Agency, Production and Warehousing
- Working with and seeking suppliers to meet and assist in production work
- Ensure all jobs closed down for month end invoicing
- Manage jobs through from brief, production, delivery and invoicing
- Reporting to the Client Account Director
- Previous experience within a similar role of Account Manager preferred
- Ideally have experience within Print production and large format POS
- Previous experience of taking job briefs and managing client expectation is a must
- Ability to multitask and simultaneously manage multiple jobs
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Microsoft office, numeracy skills and commercial awareness
- Flexible and robust attitude and ability to work to deadlines
