Our client is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Manager to join their experienced sales team, managing the Northen Ireland and Scotland territory. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing a diverse range of Renal products, achieving sales targets and profitability goals, and providing exceptional support and service to NHS customers.
Industry average salary guide for role type: £40K - £48K basic + benefits.
Ideal requirements for the Account Manager
- You will have strong sales experience, ideally within the Medical Devices industry.
- Existing theatre sales experience.
- Good tangible success with understanding of the sale cycle
- Degree level qualification or relevant clinical background
Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager
- Present clinical, financial, and value-based solutions to key decision makers within the Healthcare sector.
- Develop, implement, and review territory business plans that are aligned to a National strategy, as well as the ability to identify and act upon local opportunities.
- Optimise portfolio sales to capitalise on growth prospects and align product positioning with the clinical preferences of our customers.
- Exercising both individual and group sales proficiency, adeptly guiding a diverse range of customers through the sales process.
