Account Manager
Context IT are seeking a driven, customer focused Account Manager for our Telecommunications Provider client based in Huddersfield. As an Account Manager, you'll form an integral part of their client facing team, acting as the first point of contact for a portfolio of direct clients.
As an Account Manager you will be reporting to Head of Public Sector Sales and will work in tandem with the sales team to build direct relationships and ensure the longevity of customers. You will be expected to maximise the potential of existing clients by understanding and identifying key requirements, whilst maintaining exceptional customer service throughout.

Responsibilities include;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with their existing clients.
- Exceed expectations with a personable and proactive approach.
- Develop proposals that encompass the customers' needs and objectives
- Build a strong pipeline based on Identifying opportunities with existing clients.
- Becoming an industry expert, empathising, and relating to your customer's needs.
- Work alongside other departments to ensure end-to-end service
- Becoming a trusted business advisor with your customers.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ideally, our client is seeking someone with previous Account Management experience with a proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Experience within an ISP (Internet Service Provider) or Telecommunications Provider business.
- A strong customer focus mentality coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.
Based in Huddersfield with hybrid working.
Paying up to 35k basic with a realistic OTE of 45k + company car( ) or equivalent allowance.
