Creative Account Manager

Position: Creative Account Manager
Location: Hybrid - Manchester
Salary: £35,000-£38,000 DOE
  
A creative agency are looking to add to their client services team, to work on one of their most established accounts. They are seeking an experienced individual with a strong understanding of creative processes and with a passion for top-class client service, who has come from an agency background. A knowledge of consumer behaviour and POS is required.
  
Responsibilities Include:

• Management of multiple client accounts
• Management of client relationships
• Translation and management of creative briefs
• Develop a deep understanding of creative processes
• Ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and within budget
• Delivery of EMEA based campaigns

Experience Needed:

• Experience working in an agency managing client accounts
• Experience managing creative briefs from ideation to completion
• Experience with the delivery of large EMEA based campaigns
• Experience in print deliverables
• Experience in project management
• Experience working on in-store events is desirable
• Knowledge of POS/ Windows market
