Some of the work you will be responsible for
- Account managing current clients and acting as the key point of contact
- On-boarding new clients
- Being the go-to person on all client's services
- Provide new clients with agreements and SLA's where appropriate
- Driving client accounts forward and ensuring our services are delivered
- Producing and understanding regular reports for the client to our standards
- Producing Competitor Analysis - carry out competitor analysis in order to grow the business
- Office manager - become the key organiser and internal communications specialist. You will be the hub of knowledge when it comes to our clients
- Be the go-to person for all things digital when it comes to initial conversations with clients about the services we provide
- Other duties as the business requires
You must have:
- Excellent prioritising skills
- Amazing 'listening' and 'communication' skills
- Being able to manage multiple accounts at the same time
- You must have exceptional organisation skills
- Have an aptitude to learn more every day from an extremely talented team of specialists
