Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
- Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
- Working closely with clients to develop strategies
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Leverage technical tools and data to manage campaigns to exceed expectations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
- Get to know your client needs, work to anticipate them and identify new business opportunities within your portfolio
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
- Provide input on new workflows and processes, as needed
- Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of Strand PR, our services and industry
Your skills:
Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Marketing Manager, experienced Senior Account Executive or similar role.
- Ideally agency experience or in-house managing multiple brands
- Capable of building strong relationships with our clients
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Project management

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for your clients and must be confident and speak with authority on campaign activity and provide valuable advice and counsel.

Hybridrole – Minimum three days in our beautiful rural offices in Hertfordshire (full week in the office every month), free parking (and office dog)

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
