As SME Account Manager, you will be the principal point of contact between ScottishPower and nominated outsourced call centres to ensure sales, quality and compliance targets are met.
What you’ll be doing
Successfully identifying, recruiting, developing and account managing call centres from operational set up to delivery, you will ensure call centres have a contractual relationship with ScottishPower and are in adherence to agreed SLAs and industry regulations/licence requirements.
Working with Marketing, you will ensure call centres have an ample flow of data to support Inbound and Outbound activities.
Analysing daily performance reports for all activities (sales, quality and compliance), you will report on these activities, pulling together recovery plans should they be required to ensure set targets are met.
Arranging and leading weekly, monthly and quarterly operations meetings with all call centres, you will develop scripting and objection handling used by call centres to maximise the effectiveness of campaigns and to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Reviewing, refreshing and delivering training materials regularly, you will maximise the effectiveness of campaigns, listening to significant call samples on a weekly basis to ensure regulatory obligations and licence conditions are being met, driving quality improvements from the call centre.
What you’ll bring
Leading and managing individuals and teams, you will be an excellent communicator possessing strong influencing skills.
With account management and contract negotiation experience, you will be able to problem solve, be results focused with strong analytical and planning awareness.
A flexible working hours attitude is essential to cope with travel, peak workloads and customer/staff requirements, as is a flexible attitude for personal development and being prepared to acquire new skills associated with management requirements.
