Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team, supporting the CEO and COO in driving sales initiatives across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in export sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the Middle East and South East Asia regions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and COO to develop strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, wholesalers, distributors, interior designers, architects, and property developers.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Business Development:
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in target markets.
- Identify key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations, initiating contact and nurturing leads to conversion.
- Sales Support and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and projects.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including toilets, taps, showers, and interior design solutions, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders as needed, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and alignment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in export sales.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritise tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk)
- Understanding of SAP B1 is beneficial
