Sales Executive

Cedar Property Investments Ltd. is a holding company with diversified subsidiaries, including Domus Engineering Ltd. and Ahti Interiors Ltd. We are manufacturers of Bathroom and Sanitary Ware products servicing a variety of clients from Distributors, Architects, Property Developers and Construction companies. We have a particular focus on the Middle East and South East Asia markets.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team, supporting the CEO and COO in driving sales initiatives across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in export sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the Middle East and South East Asia regions.
• Collaborate with the CEO and COO to develop strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, wholesalers, distributors, interior designers, architects, and property developers.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
• Business Development:
• Proactively seek out new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's presence in target markets.
• Identify key decision-makers and influencers within prospective client organizations, initiating contact and nurturing leads to conversion.
• Sales Support and Coordination:
• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and projects.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Product Knowledge and Training:
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, including toilets, taps, showers, and interior design solutions, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders as needed, ensuring comprehensive knowledge transfer and alignment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in export sales.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities and trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk)
• Understanding of SAP B1 is beneficial
