  • Basic Salary c. GBP30,000 per year + Unlimited Commission + Monthly Bonuses

The role:

You will not have to place candidates. You won't even have to write adverts or post jobs online. We have a first class operations team to take care of all that. They will provide all the support you'll need to thrive as a salesperson.

With your experience in recruitment, you will be skilled at listening to clients and understanding their needs, allowing you to tailor the best recruitment solution for them. This might be a standard package of online job adverts, a comprehensive 'Ultimate' campaign, where the client works with an in-house recruiter, or perhaps a bespoke campaign that mixes elements of each.

You will be responsible for a vertical sector and, supported by our marketing department, be provided with an excellent supply of leads. However, key to your role will be securing and developing new business opportunities using your own initiative.

You will keep all your client accounts, giving you the opportunity to build relationships over the long term and earn commission on every campaign sold.

You will use your exceptional sales & account management skills to:

  • Identify, source, qualify and close new business opportunities.
  • Use your recruitment experience to provide a customer centric service. Because you appreciate the challenges faced by clients when hiring, you will be able to tailor the perfect solution for them.
  • Devise, negotiate and quote stellar deals that provide the greatest benefit to the client while maximising revenue.
  • Achieve targets consistently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Develop your accounts to ensure maximum revenue opportunities and long-term commitment to you.
  • Use your business acumen and digital channels to develop and maintain your account base.
  • Utilise the HubSpot database to stay organised, professional and focused.

What you will bring to the table:

  • Confident, personable and able to quickly build rapport.
  • Skilled in developing new-business and closing sales.
  • Understanding of recruitment and job board advertising.
  • Dedicated to excellent customer service & relationship-building.
  • Effective at handling client requests and issues.
  • Positive, proactive, and goal-oriented.

It goes without saying that you will not be phone shy, but you will also be proficient in contacting clients via email, arranging zoom consultations, delivering online pitches & even face-to-face meetings where appropriate.
