Account Manager – Cosmetics – East Anglia

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Account Manager to assist with the development of business relationships to encourage further growth and profitability. This high-energy, highly-regarded cosmetic manufacturer is searching for an experienced Account Manager with an interest in beauty to be the internal voice of their clients, ensuring that requirements are met to the highest of standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee client accounts, dedicated to guaranteeing that requirements are met to further develop productive, effective and positive relationships.
- Working cross-divisionally to ensure any projects are completed according to client requirement on both new and existing products.
- Creation of a JBP to keep both the business and the client on the same page while working to agree annual forecasts.
- Lead negotiation on manufacturing contracts, stock sweeps and customer concessions while ensuring all signed documents and retained centrally.
- Monitor and review own performance, regularly updating manager on this.
Requirements
- Experience of B2B sales and of working within the health and beauty industry or similar (FMCG, Food)
- Demonstratable experience in creation, development and management of relationships with customer accounts and internal department and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal on top of organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Commercially savvy, good foundational negotiation skills and obsessive attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
