Description
Key responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager:
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
- Solve any problems or issues the customer may be facing.
- Keep in regular contact with customers , and updating regularly in respect of new products and details.
- Be confident dealing with customers , and discussing new products.
- Providing excellent customer services.
- Managing incoming queries.
Profile
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role.
- Driven, and confident.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
