Description

Key responsibilities of the Customer Account Manager:

• Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Solve any problems or issues the customer may be facing.
• Keep in regular contact with customers , and updating regularly in respect of new products and details.
• Be confident dealing with customers , and discussing new products.
• Providing excellent customer services.
• Managing incoming queries.

Profile

• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a similar role.
• Driven, and confident.
• Knowledge of Sage 200 is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
