Reed Middlesbrough are recruiting for a Teesside based client who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Sales Account Manager to join their sales team.

- Salary £23,000 plus OTE paid each quarter

Reporting into the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Working with existing customers to ensure that they receive excellent customer service and working with them to develop and formulate new products and take them to market.
- Dealing with new enquiries and helping customers formulate and develop products in their own brand.
- Looking after several of their international and UK customers who sell their products around the world. This will include ensuring that their order process runs smoothly, that orders are acknowledged, processed, and communicated effectively.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
- Sales through service environment.
- Full training will be provided on product knowledge.
- The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and have a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to carry out a soft sale approach and build rapport and maintain relationships etc. You will be organised, efficient and be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a small team.
If you have excellent customer service skills, account management and sales then I would love to hear from you! If you have any dental or oral care experience, then this would be advantageous but not essential.
