Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients. Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and drive sales growth. This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will be well organised. They’ll enjoy a challenge and have experience delivering ambitious projects for major clients in their previous role.

The role is well suited for a highly motivated and ambitious individual with a curious and innovative mind, and a desire to learn about best practice digital corporate communications. The successful candidate must be comfortable communicating with clients and internal teams, have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, creative flair and want to participate in building a unique design and creative agency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead our client initiatives, from briefing, strategy and planning, through to resourcing and final delivery of projects
- Project management (multi-channel) – also familiar with other standard project management/workflow software and processes
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions
- Analyze client data and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and gather feedback
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Creative Agency Experience
- Strong organisational skills to interpret requirements and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to brief and motivate a creative team of designers and creatives
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
