We are happy to be recruiting an Account Manager for our client who is based on the outskirts of Swindon. The successful candidate will be joining a busy, vibrant, friendly office, becoming part of a team of Account Managers looking after multiple client accounts across various industry sectors.
The Role:
- Building business relationships by phone and email communication with clients.
- Managing order flow
- Shipping through internal warehouse management systems and various carrier systems (online booking).
- Preparing paperwork for shipping.
- Compiling reports.
- Managing cycle counts and any stock queries with the warehouse team.
- Quoting customers for ad-hoc services or requests.
- Liaising with packaging suppliers.
- Making sure orders are closed off and shipped in line with clients requirements and system is up to date.
The Person:
- Must have the ability to multi-task and experience of working in a busy environment.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
- Be computer literate, good excel skills
- Have great customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Be adaptable have flexibility and be able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Have a full UK driving licence and own vehicle owing to location.
