Main Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support remotely and on-site.
- Manage customer accounts for volume, pricing, and profitability.
- Share market insights on demand, product mix, and housing trends.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer expectations.
- Strategically manage a portfolio of accounts and seek new business opportunities.
We're looking for someone with:
- Someone with knowledge of property building organisations.
- Proven experience in managing customer accounts.
- Self-driven with a focus on improvement.
- Good understanding of the local market.
- Collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Experience using commercial tools and forecasts.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
