Duties & Responsibilities:
Support for Commercial Admin team at mid point park
Administrative and account support for the Head of UK Sales, National Account Managers and the UK Commercial Team
Administrative support for introduction of new products with National Account Managers
To develop and drive through business process improvements managing SAP for key accounts
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Sample allocation for internal and external customers for both UK
Shipping samples to customers and distributors
Adherence to Hozelock ltd financial, health and safety policies
Work with NAM to develop profitable long-term relationships with new And existing accounts
To represent Hozelock and Hozelock products with pride and professionalism.
To represent the customer and channels internally in Hozelock ensuring relevant people are informed of activity (including market & competitor activity).
To operate within agreed fixed cost budgets and operate within authorisation limits at all times.
To adhere to the prescribed procedures for account planning, proposals, reporting and all other administration tasks, and to maintain an up-to-date filing system at all times.
To devise and implement initiatives to grow business.
To support in store activity in National Account branches as advised by the Account Manager.
To support forecasting and promotional planning procedures
To ensure that Hozelock is perceived as best in Industry for customer service, professionalism and account management.
To work with field sales, trade marketing & attend trade shows or other showcase events (including at weekends if deemed necessary by NAM / Commercial Director)
To assist in the management of commercial responsibilities outside the standard boundaries if requested.
To assist in the training of any new starters to the business when required

Education and/or Experience
Preferably of graduate calibre but with a minimum of two A levels at Grade C or above
Previous commercial admin / sales experience in relevant industry.
Demonstration of account management skills + Sales and Negotiation skills.
Working knowledge of MS packages.
Gardening/Aquatics Market background/experience desired, but not essential.
