Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customers and generating sales from new customers. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring customer trust and satisfaction, while focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship. You will work with Sr. management in developing target lists and landing the customer.
The main responsibilities of this position:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for your account base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape
- Manage day-to-day client communication, quotations, enquiries and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects
- As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have electronics industry experience

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
