My Client a prestigious and leading brand within the media industry are on the search for a Client Contact Specialist , the role will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and fulfilling rental orders to clients .
You will be responsible for scheduling the delivery and logistics of equipment to clients across the Uk and Europe , you will be working as part of a high performing logistics and customer team who are passionate about delivering first class customer service .
The role will be office based with hours of 8am - 5pm and then 10am - 7pm every other week

Duties include:
- To support the day-to-day operations of the Client Contact department, ensuring that customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Establish and cultivate new and existing client relationships, promoting products and services through an efficient and prompt service.
- Principal contact for customers and companies (working in conjunction with Marketing Managers) to ensure correct equipment is scheduled.
- Help manage equipment utilisation and conflict management.
- Prepare and follow up quotations, process customer orders and book equipment.
- Actively support best business practices and processes, ensuring continuous improvement where possible.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience within the customer service / order management industry
- Experience of operational processes within a rental company is advantageous.
- The successful applicant will be self-motivated and highly organised with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Candidates must also be able to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
