We currently have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join an Estate Agent managing the sale of new, private and part exchange properties.
The company are an established business working with a range of reputable housebuilders and developers offering part exchange and agency assist schemes.
As an Account Manager you will manage the process of all new, private, part exchange and agency assist transactions from application stage through to sale and completion. The role involves maintaining relationships with developer clients, vendors and purchasers. One of the key objectives is to proactively develop and nurture a good and friendly working relationship with clients at all levels to ensure not just continuity but improved levels of business.
" Ensure that all applications have been received from developer and private clients.
" Ensure that the relevant Valuer has instruction to proceed.
" Receive instructions to market properties from developer and private clients.
" Ensure that written terms are in place and signed in respect of fees and filed accordingly.
" Manage the process of a new instruction and liaise verbally and in writing with all relevant parties.
" Maintain regular contact with Developers' head office, site sales offices, vendors, purchasers and external Agents on a weekly basis as a minimum.
" Ensure that all offers are communicated verbally and in writing to clients and vendors.
" Deal with the negotiation of sales,
" Proactively deal with sales progression ensuring all solicitors are instructed, mortgage applications submitted
" Review unsold properties on a regular basis and provide an action plan
" Ensure that invoices are raised for all chargeable services
" Ensure that all activities accord with relevant law and The Property Ombudsman code of conduct

Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate must have previous experience in the property sector and knowledge of the home buying/selling process. You will also have excellent communication skills, good at building relationships and be confident dealing with clients and prospective buyers.
In return for your skills, we are offering a salary of £24k, plus commission and company benefits. Your working week will be Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9-5pm with occasional weekend work (for events).
