Our client is recruiting for an Account Managerto be based on-site at their stylish offices in Ashby de la Zouch.
The purpose of this Account Manager role is to develop and gain new business and increase the awareness of the client's brand, helping to increase marketshare within their industry sector, in addition, maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers as well as attention to detail in all aspects of administration.
Day to Day duties will include:
- Dealing with telephone enquiries, responding appropriately
- Preparation of contracts and documentation for new business opportunities
- Working towards set targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Account management
- Arranging client meetings with both existing and new clients giving guidance to customers
- Attend sales meetings periodically
- Ensuring all administration processes are in line with company standards and updating the CRM System
The successful Account Manager will need to have:
- Strong Customer Service, Account management skills with the ability to sell additional services to clients over the telephone
- Excellent administration skills
- Experience of exceeding customer expectations
- Identifying sales opportunities and leads
- Excellent communicator with proven experience of upselling over the telephone
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
