Our client is creating and developing an innovative team within a leading telecoms company committed to delivering exceptional products/services.

We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager - Marketing and Customer Communications with a strong Account/Project Management background for a 12-week contract. This exciting opportunity involves managing, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the success of the Customer Comms channel.

Key Responsibilities of the Account Manager - Marketing and Customer Communications include:

• Collaborate with the Customer Comms client team and cross-functional creative teams, including Digital Design, Operations, Creative, and Copywriting teams.
• Manage marketing campaigns targeting customer base, spanning SMS, Email, and In-App communications across covering:- New device launches, B2B, and network messaging.
• Drive initiatives to improve internal processes, encouraging innovation and efficiency in collaboration with the team.
• Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform

The successful Account Manager - Marketing and Customer Communications, will have:

• Strong ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Extensive experience in delivering successful email marketing communications.
• Familiarity with best practices and trends in email marketing.
• Comprehensive briefing skills to ensure clear communication with creative teams.
• Rigorous organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Proven project management capabilities, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong background in Account/Project Management, with a focus on marketing communications.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
