We are looking for an Account Manager to join our RPO team and support our service delivery to a key client in the Welfare to Work sector, Reed in Partnership!
Contract: Full-Time, 12-Month Maternity Cover
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + car allowance and 20% bonus
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Base: Hybrid - office located at NN4 7RG, travel to client sites across the UK expected on a weekly basis
About the Role
The role of the Account Manager is to deliver the achievement of contractually agreed operational service for our key clients such that:
- A high percentage of 'face time' is spent with the client
- Resourcing outputs for resourcing requirements are managed in line with client expectations and contractual obligations
- Reed realises it's commercial goals in line with the forecast financials
- Contract performance and client satisfaction leads to reference ability, retention, and exetension of the contract
- The client's line managers are supoorted and guided in compliance with agreed contractual processes
- The client perceives that professional resourcing expertise is applied via deployment of this role on client premises
- Business growth is delivered by way of increased fill rates, and that opportunities for growth of scope are identified, flagged to the Account Director and that the Account Director is assisted in bringing them to fruition
You'll also hold key responsibilities related to Leadership, Business Development, Supplier Management, and Governance.
What are We Looking for?
- Experience of managing volume and/or specialist operational resourcing
- Experience managing key components of the resourcing process including attraction strategies, resource planning, respoinse handling etc
- Experience working with se ior level stakeholders
- Experience producing reports and being able to analyse data and implement findings
- Exceptions MS Office skills, particularly Excel
Experience of managing within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing or client site environment would be advantageous.
