We are currently looking for a confident & down to earth Account Manager on behalf of a renowned manufacturer based in the Tameside area. Essentially you will have strong customer service knowledge and be able to maintain and build client relations.
What s The Gist?
- Salary: GBP27,000
- Hours: Rotating Week 1 9:00am-5:00pm / Week 2 8:00am-4:00pm
- Free parking
What will you be doing?
- Looking after a specific customer; building and maintaining relationships
- Taking orders over the phone and through the online system
- Looking after the process from start to finish, processing orders, tracking orders, and finalising them
- Liaising with internal department such as production to check the progress of orders and time frame for deliveries
- Liaising with the project/art department to create bespoke orders for example, the customer logo needs to be on the products
