Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the overall business KPI's of turnover, volume and profitability
  • Ensuring a first class level of administration and customer service support throughout the department
  • Responsible for the development, coaching and leadership of a Sales Office team with set objectives and targets
  • Responsible for the set up and development of process templates and way of working for the area
  • Lead communication updates on behalf of the Sales Office team both to internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for the refund process and authorisation of returns of stock
  • Work with the team to maximise sales order opportunities
  • Suggest new ways of working to improve efficiencies and support with larger business projects
  • Hold individual and team performance reviews as well as 1-2-1's

About you:

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar Sales Office/Order Processing Management role
  • A sound understanding of Microsoft Office Software including, Excel, Power BI, stock and CRM management systems
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead, develop and motivate a team
  • Empathetic and strong communicator
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Organised with the ability to operate at pace across a range of tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and can interpret data
  • Resilient with a positive and can-do attitude
  • Must be fluent in English, reading, writing and speaking
