Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Regional Key Account Manager to join this dynamic team. The role will be fast-paced and reactive, and offers an exciting opportunity to further develop your sales skills in a thriving and innovative environment.
This field based role is covering the North West and will covering Stoke, Manchester and up to the Scottish Borders.
Role Overview
As a Regional Key Account Manager, you will be a custodian of the brand, effectively meeting customers' needs, and helping to build a growing, profitable, and sustainable company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Promote all professional products to selected Key Accounts and end users.
- Implement tactical and strategic account plans to enhance business profitability.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on new products and value propositions
- Achieve territory sales targets through review meetings, appointments, site surveys, and demonstrations
- Make a specific number of calls to target customers monthly and follow up on sales leads
- Provide advice and product guidance to end users
- Work closely with all BDMs to gain knowledge of target markets and customers
- Meet set KPIs consistently
- Use the company CRM continuously
- Collaborate with internal departments, providing feedback on products, market trends, and competitor information
Skills and Attributes Required for the Regional Key Account Manager
- Proven sales record, especially in a highly competitive environment
- Previous achievement of targets
- Driven, ambitious, adaptable, and skilled in building relationships
- Sociable, able to adapt to your audience
- Strong communication, planning, and prioritisation
- Ideal candidates will be based in Manchester, Liverpool, or Bolton
- Current full UK Driving license and happy to travel away from home
