LOCATION: Field based with some attendance at our Kent office on the Medway City Estate, Rochester .

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
PACKAGE: Annual Basic salary of £35,000 - £38,000, dependant on experience, uncapped commission with OTE in excess of £45,000, company car, laptop and mobile phone, contributory pension and 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays.

Envirocure Limited is a friendly, family owned and run company with offices in Kent and Bellshill, Scotland . We provide Legionella control management, water treatment and ventilation services across Scotland and the South-East of England. Our clients include Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Education providers, hotels and other private sector companies.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
The role is a combination of existing client management and new business development. You'll be responsible for a portfolio of clients ensuring satisfaction with the service delivered at an operational level, advising the directors if operational focus and/or support is required.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES:
- To develop new and sustain existing client relationships.
- Monitoring and delivering agreed sales targets.
- Providing advice, recommendations and costs for works identified.
- Providing accurate information to enable quotations to be produced and issued to the client.
- Reviewing client data held within our systems regarding Legionella compliance.
- Assessing current systems regarding Legionella compliance against legislation changes and client requirements.
- Attend client meetings and site visits.
- Conducting client reviews.
- Liaising with various departments within the organisation to ensure the clients’ requirements are delivered.
- Providing accurate data to enable the maintenance of client, site and asset records on our database.
- Providing a prompt response to clients and colleagues.
- Provide regular feedback to the Directors on operational matters and clients’ perceptions of our service.
- Liaising and working with other teams across the business to ensure works are completed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years’ sales experience within a compliance industry would be beneficial but experience within the Water Hygiene industry is essential.
- The ability to lead by example.
- The ability to work independently whilst also being a team player.
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Prepared to be hands on when required.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels.
- Positive attitude and a can-do approach.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Full, UK driving licence.
