Interim Part Time Management Accountant

Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim Part Time Management Accountant on an initial three-month contract – which has the potential to go permanent. The head office is based in London, and they operate on a flexible hybrid working pattern.

The Interim Part Time Management Accountant’s key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with the preparation of the monthly management accounts by processing the income, donations and running payments weekly.
• Working closely with the donors, cultivating relationships, listening to their concerns, and resolving queries.
• Assisting on the month end process, processing accruals, prepayments and posting journals.
• Reconciling the credit cards and multi-currency bank accounts.

The successful Interim Part Time Management Accountant will have:

• Experience working in a similar role, having supported with the preparation of the management accounts – confident working on accruals and prepayments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to business partner with external and internal stakeholders.
• Reconciled bank accounts, balance sheets and credit cards.
• Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and strong Excel skills.
