Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team, focusing on growing brands' TikTok Shops. This role is perfect for graduates eager to learn a wide range of skills and be part of an exciting, growing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and deliver strategies to help them grow their TikTok Shop presence.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance clients' TikTok Shop performance.
- Affiliate Outreach and Management: Identify and manage affiliate partnerships to drive traffic and sales.
- Campaign Planning and Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
- E-commerce Trading: Oversee e-commerce activities, ensuring products are optimally listed and promoted.
- Paid Media Management: Collaborate with our internal paid media team to optimise ad performance and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Interest/Experience in TikTok Shop: Demonstrated interest or experience in managing TikTok Shops or similar e-commerce platforms.
- E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce principles and strategies.
- Client Management Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance.
- Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work both remotely and in our London office as required.
