Accounts Manager.

A reputable independent property firm based in Willesden is in search of a proficient Accounts Manager with a strong preference for experience in property-related accounting. This pivotal role entails significant responsibility within our bustling accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts department, providing guidance to other team members.
• Maintain vigilant oversight of bank balances to ensure financial stability.
• Process ad hoc payments and receipts efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile accounts meticulously to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate timely payments to suppliers and contractors.
• Handle VAT returns and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage payroll processes effectively.
• Proactively pursue outstanding debts to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Execute CIS returns in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage petty cash expenditures with precision.
• Prepare P60s for employees as per statutory obligations.
• Skillfully prepare and submit tax returns to relevant authorities.

Schedule:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

Remuneration:

• Competitive salary ranging from £45,000.00 to £50,000.00, commensurate with experience.
