Their Vacuum Product Division is dedicated to delivering high-performance vacuum technologies and solutions across various industries, including scientific research, semiconductor manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager for our client's Vacuum Product Division to cover the UK North region. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative products and collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Drive sales and achieve targets for the Vacuum Product Division within the assigned territory.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the UK North region.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilise your knowledge of vacuum technologies to provide technical support and product recommendations to customers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical support, marketing, and product management, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Engineering, Physics) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the vacuum technology or related scientific/industrial equipment sectors.
  • Skills: Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within the UK North region to meet with customers and attend industry events.
