SF Recruitment are recruiting for Account Managers to join our client's Sales team in Tamworth. They are seeking driven individuals with proven experience in generating leads & new business.
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum + commission structure
Monday - Friday office based

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage client relationships over the phone, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
- Thrive in a results-oriented environment, consistently meeting targets while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring mutual understanding of requirements.
- Regularly update and maintain the CRM database with accurate client information to facilitate efficient operations and informed decision-making.
- Actively cultivate and nurture sales leads and opportunities to drive business growth and expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate proficiency and confidence in closing sales, utilizing effective communication skills and product knowledge to secure deals.
- Process customer orders efficiently through phone, email, and online portals, ensuring seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual KPI reports as required, offering insights into performance and supporting strategic planning.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective objectives, assisting in tasks as needed to ensure overall success.
Requirements:
- Account Management/Sales experience - At least 2 years
- Driven personality
- Motivated to achieve results
- Effective communication skills
