We have an opportunity to join a premium interior company specialising in tiles. As an Account Manager at this longstanding business, you will oversee the customer order process to ensure accuracy and premium level service. Our client is looking for someone who can build strong and lasting relationships to anticipate needs and upsell where possible.
You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to ensure the seamless handover of orders from customers and retailers. Must take a proactive approach to resolving issues and find long term solutions to regular problems working with other teams.
It is important you are someone who can implement and follow processes to provide a consistent level of service throughout the order journey.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, driven and adaptable to change. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Skills in team building, project management, time management and a strong attention to detail.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working with multi-functional organisations.
