Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering relationships, and promoting additional services throughout the client journey.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
- Collaborate with the sales team and the design team to ensure client satisfaction and a smooth client journey
- Utilise CRM software to track customer interactions
- Carry out administrative tasks where necessary
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Asana or other CRM tools for managing accounts efficiently
- Very well organised, meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data integrity in internal databases and filing systems
- Works well individually and in a team
- Conduct client onboarding and internal meetings
- Experience in the industry would be a great advantage
- Previous Account Management experience is essential
