Location:This role can be based in London or Basingstoke. Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home is in place. Occasional travel to other offices will be required.

The job in a nutshell
To manage high-end, private clients, including Cellar Plan members, and assist them in the building of balanced and high-quality wine collections specific to their needs. In a service led culture you will be maximising sales potential and increased GP growth through relationship building, exceptional customer service and demonstration of authority in wine and spirits knowledge.
Managing a portfolio of approximately 500 active accounts, you will grow sales up to, and possibly in excess of, £4,000,000 a year through providing exceptional service built on regular contact, a customer focussed approach, trust, teamwork and a drive to be industry leading.

Key Accountabilities
- Advising private clients and offering the full range of BB&R products and services including BBX.
- Providing comprehensive and exceptional service to all private clients.
- Ensuring regular and pro-active contact with all private clients.
- Timely response to private client communication, usually by telephone or email.
- Ensure offers, sales opportunities and service led communications are sent in a timely and effective manner to the appropriate private clients.
- Achieving individual and business area sales and Gross Profit targets.
- Where appropriate, attending and entertaining private clients at BB&R tastings and events. Ensuring private clients’ needs are accommodated and promoting BB&R’s reputation through private client interaction.
- Offering relevant, quality advice to private clients and providing comprehensive and accurate information on trading wines.
- Ensuring account balances and payment terms are managed, and complete payment is received for all goods sold according to our terms.
- Convert enquiries and leads into established BB&R private clients with long term relationships.
- To ensure that all working practices comply with Health and Safety legislation.
