Our client, a leading trade-only signage manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. The position requires a confident, driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced office and is confident working in a busy environment.
Key skills include exceptional customer service and relationship building abilities as a large focus will be on upselling, cross-selling and growing existing accounts. Additional responsibilities include:
- Answer customer enquiries via various channels
- Fulfilling customer requirements promptly
- Preparing and delivering quotations
- Processing orders efficiently
- Managing and nurturing client relationships
- Developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while supporting key stakeholders
Key requirements:
- Proven account management experience.
- Background in signage/print/packaging is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
