Account Manager Required!

Due to continued success, our client is actively seeking a dynamic, sales-focused professional to join their Spare Parts Sales Department in the role of an Account Manager. This role will involve dealing with regular trade accounts, maintaining these relationships, and understanding individual account requirements. In addition, you will liaise with suppliers, arrange transport, and process incoming orders from start-to-finish.
(Account Manager) - Position Overview
- Helping to process enquiries/orders into the Spares mailbox.
- Raising orders on Sage200 for customers.
- Raising quotes and proformas for customers including chasing up older quotes.
- Ordering spare parts with suppliers.
- Keeping stock levels under review.
- Monitoring costs with key suppliers.
- Dealing with all enquiries from customers.
- Liaising with the factory for repaired parts and orders.
- Arranging for the recovery of damaged or unwanted parts.
- Work to monthly targets.
- Minimise order processing mistakes.
- Help maintain products listed on online store.
- Talking with clients on the phone and making sales phone calls.
(Account Manager) - Position Requirements
- Experience using Sage200
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Confident in instigating conversations with new and existing clients
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- IT literate and comfortable in learning new software
(Account Manager) - Position Remuneration
- Company paid for training courses
- 20 days paid holiday, plus 8 bank holidays
- Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)

- Salary: £22,000.00-£34,000.00 per year depending on experience + performance-based bonus scheme
