Job Description:
They are seeking a skilled and experienced accountant. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including the preparation of accounts for various entities, filing tax returns, and training junior team members.
- Prepare accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Complete Self-Assessment and Corporation Tax returns accurately and on time.
- Provide training and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development.
- 3 years of experience in a UK accountancy practice is desirable.
- Knowledge of Xero and Digita suite preferred.
- Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality service to clients.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Methodical and logical thinking abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Professional accounting qualifications such as AAT or part-qualified ACCA.
