Accountant

A well established chartered accountancy practice with a stable existing team have an opportunity for an Accountant from a chartered accountancy background to work on small business clients, sole traders and limited companies. Salary upto £30,000pa
About The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Prepara tion of statutory accounts for small to medium sized Limited Companies
• Completing corporation tax computations
• Preparing unaudited accounts for sole traders and partnerships
• Preparing VAT Returns
• Preparing Self-Assessment Tax Returns
• Produce Statuary Accounts using FRS 102
• Developing strong relationships with clients, having the ability and confidence to visit them off site and work alone where necessary

Essential Skills & Experience

• Must be a driver with access to own transport
• Must be ACA, ACCA or QBE qualified
• Experience working in Practise is essential
• Knowledge of SAGE & IRIS Accounts is an advantage
• Maintain objectivity, independency and integrity at all times
• High attention to detail

About The Benefits

• 9.00AM - 5.00PM Monday to Friday
• Up to £30,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday, plus bank holiday
• Company close down at Christmas
