SalaryUp to £50,000 (incl bonus) (depending on experience) + benefits

If the answer is yes, then we want you to come and join our Commercial Finance team as an Accountant – Financial Planning & Analysis in this multifaceted role, you’ll be at the heart of our financial function, providing crucial assistance to wider teams. Your expertise will be key in conducting comprehensive reporting, budgeting and planning activities.
You’ll get involved with an array of different tasks from preparing reports, budgeting and planning activities, offering a tailored financial service and advice on a wide range of topics for different business areas. Your keen eye for detail will shine as you delve into monthly management accounts, reporting on balance sheets, reviewing aged items and ensuring impeccable audit evidence is in place for our teams.
Business partnering is also an element of this role, your ability to communicate financial information with clarity to a non-financial audience will be pivotal in effective stakeholder management. You’ll be a crucial link in assisting the group, providing invaluable insight and data for our region’s performance through regular monthly reporting packs.
This role isn’t just about maintaining the status quo; you’ll look at developing new reports and processes that drive continuous improvement across the team, having a methodical approach will be evident as you focus on automation and streamlining existing reports, contributing to our efficiency and innovation.

This role will be contractually based in our office in Nottingham, we work on a hybrid pattern at the moment that allows colleagues to gain a work-life balance with an average of two to three days in the office. The role is a full-time position, but we’re open to talking about flexible working – just pop your requirements in your application.
