We are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will drive continuous improvements in our financial processes.
Collaborating cross-functionally throughout the business, you will analyse financial data and identify trends to provide insights that facilitate informed business decisions.
You will drive strategic financial plans, budgeting and forecasting, aligning financial goals with overall business strategies and steering us towards further financial excellence and increased long term growth.
Overseeing one direct report, you will manage their workload and provide mentoring for their development, fostering an environment of professional growth and ensuring cohesive collaboration.
Additionally, you will:
  • Undertake Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Oversee plans, budgets and forecasts
  • Deliver Financial Planning training
  • Constantly seek improvements to our Financial Planning processes

About You
To be considered as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will need:
  • To be a Chartered accountant with relevant post-qualification experience
  • Proven experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
  • Experience of collaborating cross-functionally to achieve financial goals in alignment with overall business strategies
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • The ability to influence various stakeholder groups and drive process improvements
  • The ability to stay updated on industry trends and innovations in Financial Planning and Analysis
