Is hybrid working considered (to what extreme) - hybrid at least 2/3 days in office Tuesday to Thursday preferred

Is there any movement on the rate (do you want us to only consider candidates within the rate banding?) If we see an ideal candidate outside this, do you still want the CV? - yes if they have SAP experience

Qualifications required if not on the JD - depending on work experience part qualified of qualified by experience

Is this also being recruited via perm - yes, candidate had accepted offer due to start mid-December but due to personal circumstances can no longer start so will be recruiting permanent

Notice period? TBC

Scope for extension beyond the current term of the contract? extension unlikely once have permanent appointment but won't rule it out as we will be moving to new framework contracts and support may be required for this

What is the interview format? flexible face to face in Belfast Tuesday to Thursday or teams

What does the structure of your team look like and how will this person fit into it? 3 accountants in total reporting to me each aligned to Senior Framework Manager who have responsibility for project teams delivering a number of projects in their portfolio. Will business partner Senior Framework Manager for PWAY

What's the reason for the hire? Permanent candidate had accepted offer due to start mid-December but due to personal circumstances can no longer start. Need someone in ASAP as we currently implementing SAP

Any detail around the scope of works - the project or reason the candidate should be interested in this particular contract versus others? Varied role supporting project teams with financials, helping support SAP implementation, audit etc. Lovely office in a central Belfast location which has a gym and other facilities. Friendly team.

Overall Purpose:

Production of accurate and timely project financial information, ensuring robust financial controls, maximum efficiency of processes and reporting, and strong corporate governance in line with group requirements. Finance business partner to the Project and Commercial teams.
