Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Bromley who are seeking a part qualified (or qualified by experience) Accountant who has experience working within an accountancy practice.

Required experience:

• Must have 3 to 5 years small practice experience (2 to 5 partners)

• Has worked directly with clients for the last two years, including being able to lead face to face meetings

• Must have a good overall understanding of the interaction of taxes (Income Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, and Inheritance Tax)

• Can finalise accounts prepared by junior staff (Limited Companies, Partnerships, and Sole Traders)

• Can manage workload and supervise junior staff

• Able to conduct tax enquiries

• Ideally located within a commutable distance of Bromley

• Knowledge of Trust Tax is preferred but not essential

• Must be able to communicate with clients (verbally and in writing)

The role entails:

• Managing a client portfolio of circa £250K in fees with the intention of growing this

• Overseeing and training junior staff members

• Maintaining client relationships

Salary + additional information

• £34,000-£40,000 DOE
• Office based
• 20 day holiday + Bank holidays
• Statutory pension
• Paid parking in close proximity to the office
