SalaryAccountant - Part Time
Conditions:
- This is a part-time role - 3 days a week
- 2 days required at the office
- SAP experienece is essential
Responsibilities will include:
- Posting purchase invoices
- Obtaining approvals in accordance with approval matrix
- Sending invoices to Treasury for payment
- Monitoring payments made on time
- Accounts receivable - issue monthly invoice
- Post journals
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly management accounts
- Maintain cashflow forecast
- Maintain loan amortization schedule
- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Payroll and expenses
- Assist with VAT returns
Requirements:
- Part qualified or qualified accountant
- Experience in all areas listed above
- SAP is a must
- Advanced Excel skills
- Pro-active with tasks and hands on
- Self-motivated and able to work on his/her own
