Accountant Supervisor

You\'ll be working for a dynamic private sector organisation in Chippenham.
Your new role
You\'ll have responsibility for a variety of recharge and accounting activities centred around balance sheet controls, with responsibility of a team of two.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Ensure continuous improvement and process improvement
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Central Recharges & Recovery processes
• Journal Compliance
• Providing support to the Financial Accountant, Management Accountant and Financial Services Manager

What you\'ll need to succeed

• You\'ll need to have experience supervising a small team.
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Be able to deal with process improvements
• Don\'t be afraid to ask questions and have strong communication.
